Department Organization and Personnel

All CEMS providers are Paramedic level EMS practitioners.   Current Department staffing includes a Chief, a Deputy Chief, two Paramedic Captains, six Paramedic Lieutenants, seven Paramedics, four per-diem Paramedics and an administrative clerk. The Department has two physician Associate Medical Directors (Joseph Lauro, MD and Heather Rybasack, MD) who take an active role in the medical leadership of the Department.
